Yet another honor for the City of Bellevue.  On the heels of the City being named one of the top ten cities in greater Cincinnati, comes the news that we also have a top five park.  July is national Parks and Recreation month and the Bellevue Beach Park was named one of the top five parks in the tri-state.  This designation was based upon votes received by Channel 5.
